Heres my most relevant sketches for the minima project. my design is based around a centre console sort of thing with all the services (water, shower, kitchen etc) that has walls fold out from it, making it able to compact to roughly 1/3rd of the size for moving it. its roughly the size of a double bed when compacted. im unsure whether to use inflating walls all round or just for the side walls. any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.

I think inflateable walls sound great, if they were built up of a few layers they would provide good insulation, be a lot stronger and wouldn't be as affected if one of the layers was to puncture. I don't think they would be so good to walk on though?
That central workstation is so compact! Would you stand on the shower base to do your cooking as well? And does the shower water drain into the toilet bowl?
Perhaps its the weird scale. But wouldn't the overhead cupboards completely cover your view of the kitchen bench when you stand at it?
The inflatable idea is good as the rest of the living activities don't really need appliances, just space.
